We firmly believe that your 'Dining Experience' can make the difference between a good and a truly memorable holiday, so we have put a lot of effort into selecting local ingredients and choosing a hearty and balanced menu that will suit every taste and include some Savoyard specialities.
We offer a hearty breakfast to set you up for a full day on the slopes. Once you have returned from an exhilarating and undoubtedly exhausting day carving up some of the finest pistes, you will be welcomed home with a home-made afternoon tea.
Our evening meal, with three or four courses, boasts a comforting balance of fine cuisine and homely cooking that is sure to suit all appetites. All prepared in house by our professional chef. The children's menu is home-made, and high tea is served early to suit childrens' bed times. This allows the grown-ups to relax and enjoy the delicious food ! We can cater for dietary requirements and send a pre-arrival form to ensure all your needs are exceeded.
The little touches that set us apart
While you enjoy your first glass of something to reward yourself for all your on and off-piste exploits, our chef will serve some canapés and pre-dinner drinks. During your dinners, a variety of carefully chosen wines selected by a local wine merchant will be served.
Each day we try and provide a little something to make your meal special whether it is a regional dish served with a special local wine or home-made génepi. On the Staff's night off which is Wednesday, there is a great choice of restaurants only a short walk away and we can offer a Skidoo night to a lovely refuge. We now provide a 2 course self-service dinner on Friday evenings (due to French legislation).
