The real point of difference about Lee and Kevin is they listen to what their customers want and put that at the heart of their offer, rather than only providing a standard package. The food and service was superb, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. We chose the chalet because we knew we could access high snow and the skiing was fantastic. The food which was on offer was really second to none and as my son put it "restaurant quality". The location is superb and would I definitely recommend a visit to the hot tub after a hard days skiing. The chalet itself is lovely and welcoming with plenty to do for the kids in the games room. The views from the front rooms are truly stunning (looking across the valley to Mont Blanc). The food is superb and nicely planned for variety. The location is handy between Les Arcs and La Plagne (get a lift pass for both it's scarcely more expensive) giving you 2 big ski areas. The local lift and slopes are a 100m walk down the road and within 30mins you are skiing high in either Les Arcs or La Plagne areas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Our room was lovely, clean and nicely furnished, with plenty of space and a great view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. The food throughout the stay was superb, with delicious home-made cakes at teatime, and expertly cooked evening meals with plenty of superb wine! I honestly could not fault anything. Chalet de la Vanoise is a lovely, homely chalet with lots of facilities and spacious suites, some of which have super views. Easy access to the whole of the Paradiski area from a small, pretty village. Owner run, and it shows. Very helpful and friendly before and during the holiday. The accommodation was spacious, homely and perfectly suited our requirements with kids. There were also nice touches such as English plug sockets in the bedrooms. The food was delicious and included some local specialities such as a fondue evening. The kids were also well catered for with simpler meals such as pasta and shepherds pie which kept everyone happy. This is the 3rd year running I have stayed, and this year was even better with the addition of the hot tub overlooking the valley. The chalet is second to none; this year’s chef was extremely talented delivering amazing top restaurant quality food every time. The chalet hosts were just brilliant and catered to everything requested. Lee the owner was great and extremely helpful with any questions. The chalet is nice & modern whilst still giving the idyllic Alpine appeal, it has the largest rooms for a chalet our group had experienced & proved ideal for a large group with young children. Fantastic resort, helpful and friendly chalet - The village is beautiful and typically French. We were lucky enough to be there over Christmas and experience all the Christmas Festivities. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the catering staff. This was not chalet food. This was top restaurant food. Freshly prepared with local fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. Warm, spacious, straightforward, unpretentious. This place turned out to be the perfect ski destination for me - near enough to the centre to go for an apres-ski bevvy, but away enough to not have any noise - amazing place with off the planet food! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed (some lovely touches). The food was amazing including great veggie options. The welcoming cup of tea and homemade cake when we came in from the slopes was perfect. The resort is ideal for all levels, access to the slopes couldn't have been more simple. The accommodation is warm, welcoming and very comfortable. Sauna is spot on after a hard days skiing the incredible region. The English owners are always on hand to offer advice, know everything there is to know about the resort and nothing is ever to much trouble.
